Office Assistant / Office Manager (f/m/d)

(Full- or Parttime - limited to 2 years)

Your Tasks

  • Reception & Facility Management: You are the friendly face of our company, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. With an eye for buildings, equipment, and workspaces, you create a well-maintained and efficient work environment.
  • Workplace Safety: In collaboration with the occupational safety specialist, you ensure processes and measures that enable a safe and worry-free working environment.
  • Fleet Management: You manage our vehicle fleet—from ordering and coordinating maintenance to returns—ensuring efficient mobility.
  • Organization: By managing mobile contracts, you ensure that our employees are always well-connected.
  • Sustainability Reporting: You contribute to our sustainability reporting by collecting and analyzing environmental data, ensuring transparency for partners and customers.
  • Event Support: You assist in organizing company events, workshops, and client gatherings that bring the team together.

Your Qualifications

  • Commercial training, preferably as an office management clerk (Kauffrau/-mann für Bürokommunikation)
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the aforementioned areas of responsibility
  • Experience in at least one of the following areas: fleet management, facility management, contract management (leasing/mobile communications), occupational safety regulations, or CSR reporting requirements
  • Proficient in common MS Office applications
  • Fluent German skills and very good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured, independent way of working
  • Enthusiasm for diverse tasks and shaping internal processes
  • Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
