To support our sales team in Karlsruhe, we are looking for a
Key Account Manager (f/m/d)
Your Tasks
- Support and strategic development of our key customers - with a focus on mechanical engineering companies
- Identification of sales and growth potential, including cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Development of individual customer strategies in line with the goals of our customers and our company: and our company
- Close cooperation with Application Engineering and Marketing to develop and implement customer-oriented sales and account strategies
- Responsibility for sales targets, contract negotiations and expanding business relationships
- Analysis of market, customer and sales data to derive specific recommendations for action
- Ensuring clear, solution-oriented communication with decision-makers
- Close cooperation with internal departments - from product management to technology
Your Qualifications
- Several years of experience in key account management or technical sales, ideally in the field of mechanical engineering, automation or industrial components
- Ability to strategically understand complex customer requirements and develop tailor-made solutions
- Strong negotiating skills and confident manner at all decision-making levels
- Strong communication skills, initiative and structured, analytical working style
- Experience in working with international customers and intercultural teams
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Willingness to travel regularly (approx. 30-40%), also internationally
