HR Specialist (f/m/d) - Personnel administration and preparatory payroll accounting

Your Tasks

  • Contact person for our employees: Together with a colleague, you are the central contact person for our employees. You will support them in all matters relating to employment contracts, time recording, onboarding and offboarding, certificates and references.
  • Preparation of payroll accounting: To ensure that our employees receive their salary correctly and on time, you will independently prepare all relevant information for our external payroll office (tax consultant). You keep track of changes in tax and social security law, coordinate with the relevant interfaces and implement adjustments on time.
  • Digitalization & process optimization: You are actively involved in the implementation of our global HR software. You will support the complete data migration and contribute to the design of efficient processes.
  • Collaboration & projects: You enjoy collaborating with our HR business partners and working on HR projects is a welcome change for you.

Your Qualifications

  • Qualifications: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further training as an HR specialist, or a business degree with a focus on HR management.
  • Experience: You have at least 3 years of professional experience in HR, particularly in preparatory payroll accounting, and have sound knowledge of labor, payroll tax and social security law.
  • Working style: Your understanding of numbers, your precise way of working and your organizational talent help you to keep an overview even with a heavy workload.
  • Personality: You are open, friendly and empathetic. As a result, you quickly find access to colleagues and impress them with your communicative and service-oriented manner.
  • Language skills: You speak fluent German, communicate confidently in English and feel comfortable in an international environment
