With more than 3,500 active customers and 30 distributors, the company handles over 40% of the group's worldwide sales. What awaits you
- You are not afraid to pick up the phone and call our customers, e.g. to clarify questions about the order.
- Together with our experienced colleagues in the Inside Sales department, you will follow up on projects and update business opportunities in our Customer Relationship Management System.
- With your help we will find relevant contact persons for new customers.
- When it comes to Internet research, no one can beat you and you provide your team with important information on competitors, the market and customers.
That distinguishes you
- You are enrolled in a business degree program and have at least two semesters left before you graduate.
- As you will be contacting our customers on your own responsibility, you need good communication skills and a good way of expressing yourself as well as being sociable.
- You enjoy working with data, analyzing it and preparing it in a clear and concise manner.
- You have a basic understanding of technical contexts.
- You will work predominantly in German. Due to the internationality of the team, it is possible that you will occasionally have to communicate in English.
