HMS Technology Center Ravensburg GmbH is part of the listed Swedish HMS Networks Group and is responsible for the new and further development of all products relating to the Ixxat brand. Our technology focus is on CAN and Industrial Ethernet. At the same time, Ixxat is the expert within the group for data communication solutions for industrial battery storage systems, e-mobility, safety and energy applications.
To strengthen our Finance team in Ravensburg we are looking for you as a

To strengthen our Finance team in Ravensburg we are looking for you as a
Working student (f/m/d) Finance
You want to combine your theoretical knowledge with practical experience at an early stage? Then come and join us!What awaits you
- As part of our team, you will support us in the day-to-day business related to accounting and controlling, e.g. by
- Supporting our accounting department by entering supplier invoices and maintaining supplier master data.
- Preparing data and reconciling in our new ERP system Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations
- Supporting regular month-end closing activities, for example in the creation of our management dashboard
- Taking over weekly evaluations of incoming orders and turnover
- Preparing data for our Sustainability Report
- You may take responsibility for small projects and implement them yourself, e.g. analysis of release behavior or the degree of automation in creditor accounting.
That distinguishes you
- You are a good fit for HMS if you are open to new things, want to make a difference with your work and enjoy working together as a team.
- You are a registered student in the field of economics, business informatics, industrial engineering, business mathematics or a comparable field of study.
- You have an affinity for numbers, are enthusiastic about evaluations and analyses and have ideally already gained some experience in accounting.
- You are already familiar with MS Office programmes (especially Excel, but also Word & Outlook) and you enjoy getting to know new IT systems.
- You can use and develop your good German and English skills with us.
