PEAK-System Technik GmbH is part of the listed Swedish HMS Networks Group and is responsible for the new and further development of all products related to the PEAK brand.
Our technical support team assists our customers - mostly developers from the automotive and industrial sectors - on an equal footing. We work together to optimally integrate our hardware and software components into products, systems and plants and to analyze and solve problems.

Technical Support & Solutions Engineer (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

You are the technical contact person for our international customers - from the initial inquiry to the in-depth technical solution.
You work closely with Sales and Development and bring technical expertise to customer projects - your contribution has a direct impact on our company's success.
You will analyze complex technical issues and support our customers in 1st and 2nd level support - especially with the integration of our hardware and software solutions.
You will help with the driver installation and use of our CAN and LIN interfaces under Windows and Linux.
You support customers with the implementation of our software APIs - with technical depth and solution expertise.
You provide in-depth application support for our CAN analysis tools such as the PCAN-Explorer.

Your Qualifications

A technical degree (e.g. electrical engineering, computer science) or a comparable qualification.
Several years of professional experience in a technical environment - ideally with customer contact.
Good knowledge of Python - ideally also in C, C++ or C#.
Experience with Linux and shell scripting.
Enjoy technology, solution-oriented thinking and a desire to support customers professionally.
Very good knowledge of German and English.
