With more than 2,500 active customers and 40 distributors, the company handles over 40% of the group's worldwide sales. Sales Manager Key Accounts (f/m/d)
In this function you will lead the local Key Account Managers in the OEM and Strategic End User Markets.Your Tasks
- With empathy and strong communication skills, you will lead your Key Account Managers (a total of 6 people) both professionally and disciplinarily.
- You will actively participate in the development and implementation of strategy and account planning for local OEM key accounts in the field of industrial automation (Bosch, SEW, Eaton, Yaskawa, etc.).
- In addition, your tasks include the active development and implementation of strategy and account planning for international key accounts in the strategic end customer markets of Automotive (VW Group, BMW, Daimler), Retail&Supermarket (Lidl, Schwarz, REWE, Aldi, etc.) and Food & Beverage (Nestle, Danone, Lactalis, etc.), thus contributing to our growth targets.
- The strengths and weaknesses of your employees are not hidden from you. You assign tasks accordingly, see yourself as a coach and ensure that they are further developed where necessary and appropriate.
Your Qualifications
- As a true sales professional, you have experience in selling technically demanding products and solutions in need of explanation in one of the above target areas at C-level in key account management.
- You can demonstrate several years of leadership experience, preferably of an international team.
- You are analytical and meticulous when developing strategies. In addition, you attach importance to a regular and constructive exchange with other areas and always act in a goal-oriented manner.
- Our international environment makes it indispensable for you to communicate in English both verbally and in writing at a very good level. Any other foreign language (especially French, Italian or Spanish) is a plus, but not a must.
- You report directly to the Sales Director Continental Europe and are part of the extended management team in Central Europe.
