Sales Account Manager Building Automation (m/f/d) Systemintegration

Your Tasks

  • You sell our solutions of the HMS product lines Intesis and Anybus with heart and competence.
  • As a convincing sales specialist, you will win new customers and take over the technical and commercial support of our sales accounts in the area of system integrators in the building automation sector.
  • The close cooperation with our Sales Director, our Sales Managers and the Business Strategy Team enables you to push our strategic goals with full power. 
  • You see yourself as a networker: You use your know-how to find the right partners and thus expand our existing network of accounts. 
  • Regular customer visits, primarily in the DACH region, as well as occasional visits to our other locations are part of your daily business. In addition, you represent HMS and our product lines at trade fairs.

Your Qualifications

  • You have professional experience appropriate to the position in the sale of building automation products requiring intensive consultation.
  • You have acquired a sound knowledge in the field of building automation / HVAC and MSR.
  • You can prove your expertise especially in the field of electrical engineering/automation technology with a degree, a corresponding apprenticeship or with appropriate professional experience. 
  • deally, you have worked for a manufacturer or system integrator in the field of building automation / BMS technology. 
  • You score points with your negotiating skills and do not lose sight of the company's goals. Your high level of self-motivation, perseverance and persuasiveness enable you to manage your days successfully. 
  • You are familiar with the use of current CRM tools, so that the maintenance of data in the CRM system is easy for you.
  • Our international environment makes it indispensable for you to be able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing at a very good level. We also expect you to be fluent in German. 
  • You have a high degree of willingness to travel, primarily within the DACH region as well as occasional stays abroad in continental Europe.
