To support our Team in Ravensburg, we are immediately looking for a

Product Line Director (f/m/d)

Your tasks

  • You are responsible for the turnover, profitable growth and strategic positioning of the leading product line in terms of turnover.
  • The approximately 20 employees (software development, product management, technical support) in the unit are led and developed by a team leader and you.
  • As part of the local management team, you will help shape the active direction of the company.
  • You systematically identify and evaluate current technology and market trends.
  • You collaborate with the sales units to discuss a marketing concept.

Your qualifications

  • With your completed technical studies in electrical engineering, computer science or a comparable field, you have created the basis to quickly understand our markets and products.
  • You have several years of experience as a manager and see yourself as a leader at eye level and want to achieve goals together with the team.
  • You have several years of professional experience, for example, in the areas of product management, industry segment management, sector management in an international industrial company in the automotive, automation, software development, embedded systems or electrical engineering environment.
  • Due to the international and intercultural working environment at HMS, your good communication and presentation skills in German and English are essential.
