Office Manager (f/m/d)

(Full- or Parttime - limited to 2 years)

Your Tasks

  • You are the first point of contact of our company and make sure that guests and employees feel welcome and well looked after.
  • Your professional organization creates a pleasant atmosphere.
  • With your eye for buildings, equipment and workplaces, you ensure an efficient and well-maintained working environment in which everyone feels comfortable.
  • Workplace safety is a top priority for you! By ensuring processes and measures for a safe working environment - in cooperation with the occupational safety specialist - you create the basis for our team to work carefree.
  • You will ensure that our vehicle fleet is optimally managed - from ordering new vehicles to coordinating maintenance appointments and returning the vehicles. In this way, you contribute to efficient and reliable mobility within the company.
  • By managing and optimizing mobile phone contracts, you will ensure that our employees can be reached anytime and anywhere at the best conditions.
  • You will make important contributions to our sustainability reporting. By collecting and analyzing environmental data, you will help us to create transparency for partners and customers.
  • Whether company celebrations, workshops or customer events - you will support the organization of events that create unforgettable experiences and bring our team closer together.

Your Qualifications

  • Education as an office assistant is an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the area of responsibility described above
  • Confident handling of the common MS Office applications
  • Very good written and spoken English skills, fluent in german
  • Organizational talent and a structured and independent way of working
  • Enjoy versatile tasks and the design of internal processes
  • Good communication skills and service orientation
  • Knowledge in the following areas is an advantage: occupational safety regulations, CSR reporting obligations.
