As a Junior Marketing Communications Coordinator (m/f/d) at our Karlsruhe office, you will be part of our team and help position and promote sophisticated technical products through targeted communication strategies. In this entry-level position, you will gain valuable insights and the opportunity to develop your skills in marketing for technical products.
We are looking for a:

Market Communications Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

  • Develop and implement targeted communication strategies that present our complex technical products and solutions in a clear and convincing way
  • Create and adapt marketing content
  • Support the administration and optimization of our digital communication channels (e.g., website, social media, newsletters) to maximize reach
  • Organize and execute marketing events, webinars, and trade shows to bring our products directly to the target audience
  • Analyze communication metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness and reach of our marketing activities
  • Work closely with our product management and sales teams to communicate technical information clearly and engagingly

Your Qualifications

  • A completed apprenticeship or degree in marketing, communication, or a related field
  • Ideally, some experience in communicating technical products – for example, through an internship at a technology-focused company
  • A good sense for digital marketing and how to effectively use marketing channels to make complex content understandable
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Analytical skills to measure and continuously improve the success of your communication efforts
  • You enjoy working in teams, are communicative, and thrive in an international collaboration environment
  • Excellent German and English language skills complete your profile
