Inside Sales Specialist (m/f/d)
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers – by phone and email. You will handle inquiries, create quotations, support our account managers, and ensure smooth sales administration in our CRM system. Working closely with various departments, you will contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and the success of our company.
Your Tasks
- First point of contact for incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
- Coordination, forwarding, and processing of customer inquiries and leads
- Support for account managers in day-to-day operations
- Preparation and follow-up of quotations
- Maintenance and updating of customer data in the CRM system
- Communication with distributors (including organizing training and information distribution)
- Handling price and delivery time inquiries
- Assistance with returns and Track & Trace issues
- Collaboration with the marketing team on various projects
- Support for the order desk in operational matters
Your Qualifications
- Commercial education and initial experience in inside sales or a comparable role
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills
- Structured and independent working style
- Basic understanding of technical products (ideally in an industrial environment)
- Confident use of CRM systems and MS Office
- Strong organizational skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
