HR Manager / Teamlead (f/m/d)
Your tasks
- As HR Manager / Teamlead (f/m/d) you will coach and lead an HR team of currently 5 employees.
- You will work in a global team on the HR processes of the future.
- In addition, you will be responsible for the local implementation of global HR strategies, values, processes and tools and will be the first point of contact for strategic and operational HR issues.
- As a consultant, you will support managers in all HR-related and labor law issues and actively accompany our change management processes.
- The implementation and further development of processes, standards and tools are in your hands. In doing so, you keep an eye on the HR trends of tomorrow.
- The creation, design and implementation of concepts for recruiting, talent management, employee development including personnel administration are also part of your tasks.
Your qualifications
- You have a university degree in human resources management or comparable qualifications.
- You have been working in human resources with a focus on employee and leadership development for at least 5 years.
- As a passionate HR professional, you have the drive to get things done hands-on and pursue new HR topics with commitment and a certain degree of pragmatism.
- You are a strong communicator with a high level of empathy as well as very good presentation skills.
- As an enthusiastic team player, you manage to connect with employees at all levels and create a positive working environment.
- You already have experience of working in an international environment and communicating in German and English is no challenge for you.
