As part of the HMS family, we operate an "Admin Service Center" in Germany, which is responsible, among other things, in the area of human resources for our sales locations in Karlsruhe, Milan and Mulhouse as well as for our development locations in Ravensburg, Wetzlar and Buchen. We support around 200 employees in all HR-related matters.

To support our HR Team at the Ravensburg or Karlsruhe location, we are immediately looking for a

HR Manager / Teamlead (f/m/d) 

Your tasks

  • As HR Manager / Teamlead (f/m/d) you will coach and lead an HR team of currently 5 employees.
  • You will work in a global team on the HR processes of the future.
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the local implementation of global HR strategies, values, processes and tools and will be the first point of contact for strategic and operational HR issues.
  • As a consultant, you will support managers in all HR-related and labor law issues and actively accompany our change management processes.
  • The implementation and further development of processes, standards and tools are in your hands. In doing so, you keep an eye on the HR trends of tomorrow.
  • The creation, design and implementation of concepts for recruiting, talent management, employee development including personnel administration are also part of your tasks.

Your qualifications

  • You have a university degree in human resources management or comparable qualifications.
  • You have been working in human resources with a focus on employee and leadership development for at least 5 years.
  • As a passionate HR professional, you have the drive to get things done hands-on and pursue new HR topics with commitment and a certain degree of pragmatism.
  • You are a strong communicator with a high level of empathy as well as very good presentation skills.
  • As an enthusiastic team player, you manage to connect with employees at all levels and create a positive working environment.
  • You already have experience of working in an international environment and communicating in German and English is no challenge for you.
