Digital Leadership Master (f/m/d) in Product Management

 
Are you interested in innovation and digitalization and would like to actively drive them forward? With the english-language master's program at the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE), the Graduate School for Leadership & Management at Steinbeis University, you can do both: During the two-year career-integrated master's program and alongside your full-time job as a product manager at HMS, the focus is both on working on a real study project and on your individual personal development and skills development.
You will get to know the essential know-how of digitalization and apply it in value-added digitalization projects. You will receive additional impulses on the topic of leadership and benefit from the exchange with renowned digitization experts.

Your tasks

  • ​​​​​You support our product management in understanding market and customer needs, initiating new products and optimizing products.
  • To enable our international sales teams to successfully market our products, you will create meaningful training materials and product presentations.
  • You will help our marketing team with your input in the creation of the appropriate marketing materials.
  • You will be directly involved in product development. To do this, you will conduct research and exchange ideas with the development team.

Your qualifications

  • Completed bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, computer science or comparable.
  • Ideally first professional experience in product management and / or project management and basic knowledge of the industrial communication market.
  • You show initiative as well as team spirit and want to drive innovation.
  • You demonstrate your good communication and presentation skills not only in German, but also in English.
